Uncle Gus’ Finger Lime Pilsner celebrates some of the things we cherish here at Yulli’s Brews – native Australian ingredients, local community and above all; good mates. Alongside our pals at The Erko, we’ve brewed up a deliciously refreshing Pilsner just in time for the height of Summer. Making use of Byron Bay grown Finger Limes, and a dash of Lemon Myrtle (grown and hand picked by the Erko team in their very own backyard!) we’ve created a quenching Lager with a fresh, zesty citrus finish that is truly unique. Pairs well with sitti’s hommus & a crispy falafel.
