Dolce Noir is our tip-of-the-hat to Ferrero Rocher. Brewed once a year to celebrate the winter solstice. This year’s rendition was brewed with a slew of Kiwi grown specialty malts along with hefty additions of chocolate rye, rice and flaked oat. This beer has been fermented cold with our house lager yeast strain and after primary fermentation spent many, many moons conditioning on mountains of fresh roasted hazelnuts and toasted coconut.
