On April 21, 2022 Blackmans Brewery, Hop Nation and Valhalla Brewing got together to create this dry hopped Saison showcasing Galaxy and Topaz hops. The beer also received as addition of seawater from both Torquay and Mornington before fermentation using Whitelab’s 565 Saison yeast.
