Inspired by the speakeasies and underground cocktail scene of the 1920’s, this effervescent gin-sour inspired beer is tart and flavourful. Kettle-soured for that acid bite then infused with classic gin botanicals of juniper, Indian coriander and angelica root, w/ additions of native lemon myrtle.
