Here are the average shipping times from our shop to your location:
All orders are shipped within 1 business day (except for beer box orders which are shipped on the first Monday of the month after you place your order and beer geek box orders which are shipped quarterly). We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.
We aim to ship all orders by 4:00 PM. The cutoff for orders is 1:00 PM if you want them to be shipped on the same-day you placed your order. After 1:00 PM the order will be shipped on the next business day.
If you have not received an order after 10 days, please notify us by email at: email@example.com.
Shipping is charged at at flate rate regardless of the type of purchase (Alcohol, Merchandise etc)
The above are examples only. Final freight costs are automatically added during the online checkout. Pricing for beer box and beer geek box subscriptions are included as part of the listed price.
We only ship our alcohol to domestic addresses. We will ship our merchandise internationally but you must contact us before ordering to let us calculate postage to your location.
All parcels can be tracked and by default we request they be signed for, i.e. not just left at the premises unattended. However, we do offer customers the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind side gate etc. If you chose to indicate delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises we accept no responsibility if parcels go missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.
If the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature a notice will be placed in your post box and the parcel will be available for pick up at the nearest Australia Post outlet.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday, however we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.
Should a re-delivery be required as a result of incorrect delivery address provided, parcel refusal by the recipient or the parcel not having been picked from the local Post Office a redelivery fee will be charged as well as a $10 processing and transaction fee.

- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning and a reason for the return
