Fermented on fresh skins/juice with use of pale and wheat malts to let the fruit shine. Inoculated with souring yeast for a lactic acid production. The Sauvignon Blanc, from Cape Jaffa Wines ‘Dunnit Block’, is super green and fleshy – a fruit salad of flavours. Green pepper aromatics with kiwi fruit and passion fruit flavours. There is a fair bit of booze in this beautiful can, but the acidity helps with drinkability. We’ve been giving it a good crack!
