Description
Inspired by the classic New Orleans cocktail, our Sazerac IPA uses plenty of Rye in the malt bill to mimic the spicy edge of rye whiskey. Gentian root (the key ingredient in Peychaud’s Bitters) lends a bitterness and earthy character. Aged on Absinthe soaked American Oak to round out the palate and add some boozy notes. This 6.0% deep red IPA is finished with sweet orange peel reminiscent of the famous cocktails classic garnish.
